The son of mega rap star Snoop Dogg has been offered by the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Cordell Broadus is on the best wide receivers in the country in the 2015 class. I know Broadus has other offers, but I find this to be dope since Notre Dame has tough academic standards. Say what you say about his father Snoop, but it comes to show you that he values education and is a great parent to his children. It’ll be interesting where Broadus will end up. Congrats to you on a bright future.
Honestly last week didn’t much change, I know the team up North has been struggling the last few weeks. This weeks games have more hype than last week’s it was a rough week far as zeroing in on the best ones to watch.
Check out which games we have lined up for you to watch this weekend.
#6 LSU @ #9 Georgia, CBS, 3:30 PM- Georgia will be fighting for their BCS Bowl hopes this Saturday, if they catch the fade by LSU at home they will be out of the big boy talk. LSU has a chance to make themselves a viable player in the National Championship talk. What a difference a year makes for LSU I think they will beat Georgia on Saturday but we will see.
#14 Oklahoma @ #22 Notre Dame, NBC, 3:30 PM- These games haven’t been all they have built up to be lately but because both teams are having down years I expect this game to be good. I’m going with Oklahoma just cause even though I haven’t watched them play not once this year.
#21 Ole Miss @ #1 Alabama, ESPN, 6:30 PM- Ole Miss has brought in some talent under the radar, I think they will make this interesting but on the road Bama will be too much. I see McCarron and his boys handling business to keep the tide rolling.
#23 Wisconsin @ #4 Ohio St, ABC, 8 PM- Wisconsin should still be undefeated but they had a clock management blunder against Arizona St. The Badgers always have a tough running game but it will be on their QB to get something going so they can’t load the box. The Buckeyes don’t know who they are starting at QB yet because we don’t know if Braxton is 100% yet, if not they will sit him out because Kenny G has been playing so good. I think the Buckeyes beat their first tough opponent at Ohio Stadium this season.
Let us know what games you will be watching this week. Until next week, PEACE!!
Last week we saw some good games, David Carr’s brother Derek jumped on the national radar, Manziel ruffled some feathers again but still balled, Braxton looked like a much improved QB albeit against Buffalo, Clemson won a big game for once and Bama didn’t look as impressive as people made them seem. I got long winded, I forgot to shoutout Bridgewater for cooking and Tuberville for having them Bearcats look solid.
Check out which games you should watch this weekend.
Cincinnati @ Illinois, ESPN2, Noon- Coach Tuberville got the Bearcats looking good they beat up on the Boilermakers last week. Illinois looked solid last week also. Both teams have dual threat QB’s which one will impose their will on the game? Will the Bearcats beat their second Big Ten team in consecutive weeks?
#12 Florida @ Miami (FL), ESPN, Noon- I didn’t get to see any of their games last week but I saw some U highlights of a nice running back and the Gators seem to be building off of their successful 2012 season. Miami has the home field advantage will that be enough?
#6 South Carolina @ #11 Georgia, ESPN, 4:30 PM- Georgia is frest off of a loss to Clemson and with no time to sulk in their sorrows they welcome in South Carolina. Will Murray right the ship? Will Clowney bounce back from his sub par performance? This will be a very good early SEC game.
#14 Notre Dame @ #17 Michigan, ESPN, 8 PM- This will be the last time these two play each other until they sign another contract, which doesn’t seem to be in the works. Michigan has Devin Gardner running the show and it gives the team up North a shot to make some noise. My one question is why didn’t he play sooner? The Irish extended HC Brian Kelly and finally are letting Rees because of the Golson troubles. Notre Dame have a lot of questions but some could be answered with a win this Saturday.
These are the games we feel you should watch, let us know what games you will be watching! Until next week peace!
Whenever I talk to some of my folk, yes folk, if they are doing something that is stupid that I don’t agree with I let them know they trippin’ or something else I wouldn’t put on my site. I don’t tell people they are making a mistake because I’m a hater or dislike them it’s because it’s all love.
This brings me to last year’s starting QB for the Fighting Irish, Everett Golson. After leading the Irish to the National Title game as a redshirt freshman it seemed like sky was the limit for the dual threat QB. Until last week there wasn’t an inkling of problems in South Bend for Golson. His main competition for playing time highly recruited Gunner Kiel was officially off to Cincinnati, so what problems did he have? We thought none until reports stated Golson was no longer enrolled at Notre Dame.
Golson won’t be able to play this year, which sucks because he was the face of the program. I guess its hard to stay humble when ya stuntin’ on a jumbletron.
Take advantage of those tutors man, nobody is perfect so keep your head up. Now that he’s not on the team I bet all of the free rides, food, club entries and some of the women have ceased.
You have to deal with the highs and lows Everett man you are a talented player don’t let your skills go to waste and most importantly don’t blow that top notch education from Notre Dame. Hopefully we will see you on the field in the 2014 season and doing great on the academic side.
Keep your head up, I’m rooting for you.
Notre Dame beat down the Johnnies on the court Tuesday night. I don’t know what was said between Sir’Dominic Pointer (St. John’s) and Cameron Biedscheid (Notre Dame) but whatever the dialog led to Pointer putting hands on Cameron. I know Pointer will get suspended but sometimes you have to win at something, Right? St. John’s lost the game but won the fight. So, Tuesday night they walked away with an unconventional split in this Big East contest.
Check out the scuffle at the end of the game.
My question is, who designed them?
What were the other options?
Are we in a time machine? The shorts look like something I would have on when I was in the 1st grade.
I’m happy my Bearcats are one of the teams they look to showcase the new unis but like last years unis these are even worse. Hopefully next year Adidas will hook my boys up with something more stylish.
The one thing the new unis accomplished, just like the Warriors new Adidas unis, it got everyone to talk which is probably a win for the company, schools and team no matter how ugly these joints are.
Let us know how you feel about these ultra different joints.
Today’s game with the Irish and Tide will be bitter sweet because this will be the last college football game of the season. I know, I know it’s sad but tonight’s game is for all the marbles. At 8 pm et, in Miami, Florida it will GO DOWN.
Notre Dame is back in the national spotlight once again after years of being a doormat. Will Brian Kelly get his first title? People are not giving the Irish much of a chance unless you are an Irish fan. I think the Irish will have a shot to shock the world if they can use their mismatches. The two things they have going for them is Eifert and Riddick on the offensive side. Their defense is battle tested by playing Oklahoma and Stanford during the season. Don’t sell the Irish short.
Bama is a SEC powerhouse. Lately the rule of thumb is if it’s a SEC school put your money on them. This years team isn’t the most talented Bama team in my opinion. This team is predicated on the run and great defense. Lacy and Yeldon will have to ball out behind that good offensive line so they can wear down that great Irish defense. Will this be a repeat story just against a new team? Tune in at 8 pm and we will find out.
Take our poll and let us know who you rollin’ with!!!!
