Watch: TCU’s Aaron Green save the day against Texas Tech

I will be the first to say I was out the loop on Saturday as I didn’t know the TCU/Texas Tech game was an exciting as the highlights suggest. I can honestly say I was slipping and I’m sorry TFON readers for not posting this on Saturday. My man Celus showed me the play Sunday afternoon and I immediately knew I dropped the ball, because I had only seen the failed laterals by Texas Tech that almost won them the game.

Josh Doctson had a monster game which he pulled down 18 receptions for 267 yards and 3 touchdowns. He couldn’t pull down his 19th catch for his 4th touchdown on a hot pass from Trevone Boykin on a 4th and goal play for the game, but to his rescue running back Aaron Green caught the deflection to score the game winning touchdown.

TCU won 55-52 and I don’t think anybody played defense, but it was an exciting game.
