On Saturday August 11th, Paul Lawrence Dunbar Class of 2003 and The Daequan Cook Scholarship Foundation will present the “1st Annual Local Legends Shootout”.
The Shootout will be located at Stivers High School, 1313 East Fifth Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402.
Doors will open at 6 pm and the game starts at 7 pm.
Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children under twelve.
Dunbar graduates and current NBA players Daequan Cook and Norris Cole are playing in the game. Chaminade-Julienne graduate Brandie Hoskins. Former UC Star Guard Deonta Vaughn will also suit up (special guest). Other players from the Dayton area will play in the game also.
If you are in Dayton on Saturday come down to Stivers in check out some good basketball and support a good cause. In for those not in Dayton if you are in striking distance of Dayton if you are free on Saturday feel free to stop on down to support.
