The Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints kick off football Thursday in great fashion. This week like the weeks before will feature many marquee match-ups. We hope you enjoy our selections. Please feel free to express your opinion about our choices for games of the week.
Seattle Seahawks @ Chicago Bears 1:00PM, ET
The Seahawks are coming off a loss on the road, and will look to redeem themselves against the Bears. The Bears are a totally different team with Jay Cutler under center. The Bears offensive line will have trouble with the Seahawks defense, but it will not be enough to stop the Bears. I believe that the Bears D will dominate game allowing the Bears to coast to a victory.
Pittsburgh Steelers @ Baltimore Ravens, 4:25PM, ET
The Steelers may need to give all of the pain medication in the world to Ben Roethlisberger for them to have a chance to win this game. The Steelers are coming off a loss to the Browns and look to get back on the winning track. It does not work to the favor of the Steelers that they have to play AFC North Rival Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens are playing pretty good ball as of now. It is unknown which Joe Flacco will show up, but it may not matter if Charlie Batch is the opposing starting quarterback. Ravens in a close one.
New York Giants @ Washington Redskins, 8:30PM, ET (Monday Night Football)
The Giants are coming off of a huge win against the Green Bay Packers, which means they are normally due for a let down game. This will be RGIII’s first Monday Night Football game, and I think he will make it a memorable one. This will be a hard-fought game between both teams, but I think the Redskins will win due to the schizophrenic play of the G-Men.
