Randomly was off work yesterday and happened to catch First Take, to my surprise Chad Johnson b.k.a Chad Ochocinco was on the set. This was the first time I’ve seen Chad on TV since he was released by the Dolphins. Chad has always been a candid person and he talked about his situation with his Evelyn, wanting to play in the NFL again, the Belcher situation, being ok financially if he doesn’t play again and a lot more.
First Take actually had about 30 minutes set for Stephen and Skip to badger Chad. A lot of rough questions were asked. Chad at times looked like he wanted to go across the desk on them. All in all it was entertaining but I don’t know if Chad should’ve went on the show. In my opinion there were a lot of bait questions that probably would have hurt his fading NFL chances, if he had answered them truthfully.
Being a Cincinnati resident, Chad was one of my favorite players, I hope he gets another shot if not just like he said he will be alright.
