The whole world has been excited for March Madness. What other time do we get to pick teams in a huge pool and have a shot to take co worker, friends and family money? It a craze that everyone loves.
It’s not called March Madness for nothing because if you have watched for most of your life there is always head scratching upsets aka bracket busters.
This year was no different as Thursday and Friday as #2 seed(s) Georgetown, #3 New Mexico and #5 Wisconsin were popped. Even #1 seeds Kansas and Gonzaga almost made history being the first top seeds to bite the dust to a 16.
I won’t even get into Saturday and Sunday that’s another beast in itself.
There were other high seeds that lost but they were not major upsets I.e. Cal.beating UNLV and Oregon beating Ok State just to name a few. I don’t believe anybody in America picked Florida Gulf Coast to beat Georgetown or Harvard popping New Mexico. If anybody had those upsets they probably picked off team colors or some ish. The Wisconsin loss was an upset but I know some folks picked that one. LaSalle won also but after watching them in the first four in game I knew they had a shot but their was win was also an upset.
I love March Madness and this year is no different but if your bracket is as bad as mines you are just watching for the love. My Bearcats are out all I have is my Buckeyes left. Enjoy this madness because college bball is almost over until next season.
Don’t take your picks too serious just remember it happens to everybody.
