The Seattle Seahawks are the obvious under dog against the Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos in the upcoming Super Bowl. The Seahawks offense is pretty simple with Russell Wilson being a game manager while they rely on Marshawn Lynch and their top-notch defense. In the off-season the Seahawks traded for Percy Harvin. Harvin spent 99% percent of the season injured, but when healthy he is a threat whenever he has the ball.
I feel that a healthy dose of Percy Harvin can help get Russell Wilson out of his rut. The unknown of Percy Harvin should scare the Denver Broncos. There is not enough film on Harvin with the Seahawks, and I am pretty sure head coach Pete Carroll will add several new packages that features Harvin. With a pissed off Marshawn Lynch, and the unknown factor of Percy Harvin I feel that the element of surprise could be a bit much for the Broncos defense that is already sort of suspect.
In a game of this magnitude ex-factors are huge, and I feel that Percy Harvin could be play a huge role in this big game. Can Percy Harvin do enough to get the Seahawks over the hump? That remains to be seen. I guess we’ll have to wait until Sunday.
