Jadeveon Clowney lived up to the hype after running a sub 4.5 time in the 40 yard dash. The star Defensive End out of South Carolina ran an unofficial 4.47 and a 4.48 in 40, and turned heads while doing so. This is a typical 40 yard dash time for Wide receivers, running backs, and defensive backs. This lone workout could propel Clowney as the first selection in the NFL Draft. I think the combination of J.J. Watt and Clowney would be hell to deal with. The Texans went the defensive route in the 2006 NFL Draft by drafting Defensive End Mario Williams over Vince Young, Matt Leinart, and Reggie Bush. Will the Texans repeat their strategy that got them Williams in 2006? Take a look and see Clowney fly.
