I am back again after a pretty decent outing with my selections from last week. Take a look at our selections from this week.
Martellus Bennett, Chicago Bears, TE- The Bears are in a must win game against the Green Bay Packers. The Packers have given up a lot of big yardage to tight ends this season, and I feel that Bennett could have a big day when his team needs it the most. When Cutler plays at a high level it has a lot to do with his safety valve at the tight end position. Keep an eye on Martellus Bennett as one of the sleepers this Sunday.
Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, WR- The Bucs rookie wide out is slowly becoming a force to be reckoned with. Mike Evans has been playing at a high level as of late, and I can see his hot play continuing against the Falcons. The Falcons have a weak secondary, and the Bucs were embarrassed in the first outing against the Falcons, and I feel that Evans can help serve up a dosage of revenge for his Buccaneers.
Russell Wilson, Seattle Seahawks, QB- Russell Wilson has been mediocre as of late, but I feel like this week he gets back on track. Wilson has lost his best targets in Golden Tate and Percy Harvin, via trade and in free agency, and his play has tapered off since he doesn’t have a legitimate threat as a wide receiver. The Seahawks face off against the New York Giants, and the Giants have been liable to give up big plays, and I think this week where Wilson can have a game of 300 total yards with a few touchdowns.
Frank Gore, San Francisco 49ers, RB- Frank Gore still has something left in the tank, but he isn’t being used appropriately this season. The 49ers are in desperate territory to win, and it makes sense to go with old faithful in the inconvenient truth, Frank Gore.
