2) Antonio Cromartie
In a pass heavy league that we experience each week in the NFL currently, most teams are on the lookout for Corner backs and safeties who can shut down opposing offenses like key guys in the league. (ex; Richard Sherman, Darrelle Revis) Antonio Cromartie is the best viable option in this free agent class of 2015. Known as a dual threat with both defensive play and on special teams returns, “Crow” as he is called, is a definite playmaker. Too many teams are in need of a cornerback, especially one with the talents that Crow possesses. The most likely to woo Antonio is the New York Jets, his former team. While Arizona is in the process of losing numerous key contributors to their defense, the probability of him returning there is practically non-existent.
1) Ndamukong Suh
Noted as one of the most controversial players to ever grace the football field, Suh will no doubt be one of the most sought after free agents this spring. Though one can argue the negative effects he has on this game further exceed the positive aspects of his play, no one can deny his ability to make an impact on opposing Olines. Due to his many suspensions and fines he is a bit of a hinderance, but with the right coaching staff to lead him, he won’t be the player teams will look to avoid this upcoming offseason. Being named the dirtiest player by his peers and media members throughout the business, Ndamukong has his work cut out for him in the future. Whichever team that chooses to invest in the versatile Defensive tackle will immediately expect a complete turnaround in behaviour. Look for a rejuvenation of sorts in the coming years as I foresee a franchise like Seattle, (Pete Carroll loves a challenge),or Jacksonville, (who believe it or not have a superb young team, great coaching staff and most importantly the money to lure big names) to really make a jump for the highly penalized athlete.
When all is said and done come next fall, the scenery will be much different for quite a few NFL superstars. It will be interesting to see which teams go all in on off-season risks for longtime rewards and which teams come up with a bust from the miscalculated gambles they foolishly made.
