So not only did Jacob Evans leave college a year early, he was drafted in the first round. Evans is the first player in the Mick Cronin era to be drafted in the first round and the last player since Jason Maxiell to be drafted in the first round out of the Cincinnati program.
This is a huge for the program and dope for Evans he has the skill set to really help the already loaded Warriors. I can’t wait to see the former Bearcat suit up for the NBA Finals Champions.
Congrats to Jacob Evans 1st rd pick NBA draft. Talented, hard worker, great teammate, coachable. #bearcats
