The unit of Broughton, Copeland and Fitz combined for 21 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, a pass breakup , a sack and a quarterback hurry. Broughton had six tackles, one sack, 2.0 tackles for loss and one quarterback hurry. Copeland had seven tackles and 1.0 tackles for loss. Fitz had eight tackles, 0.5 tackles for loss and one pass breakup. These three stayed consistent all day even if a couple of calls didn’t go their way. The Bearcats are glad to have these three seniors, they balled hard on Saturday.
