Redshirt freshman Desmond Ridder earned American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll for the third week in a row with his performance on the road against UConn. Ridder was 20-of-26 passing for 270 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for another 47 yards and one touchdown.
This was the quarterbacks second week in a row with over 300 total yards. The dual threat quarterback has been on fire the last three games not only is he receiving game balls from me, but the AAC is watching the redshirt freshman also.
