After his big performance against Tulane sophomore running back Mike Warren was recognized by the American Athletic Conference being named to the Weekly Honor Roll.
Warren had 123 yards on 18 carries and one touchdown and three catches for 34 yards. He had a career long 81 yard touchdown that gave the Bearcats momentum that they never gave back. It was third longest touchdown run in Bearcats history.
This is the second time this season Warren has made the Honor Roll. It seems to be a fixture that at least one Bearcat player gets picked by the conference.
Not a bad way to head into the bye week ranked in the Top 25 (25th) and earning an award from the AAC.
