Cincinnati Bearcats midseason report card: Offense

Quarterback : B+

Redshirt freshman quarterback Desmond Ridder has been a pleasant surprise. This position was a position on question coming into the season and now it is a position of strength because of the dual threat abilities of the quarterback. Senior quarterback Hayden Moore started the first game, but after the second drive Ridder has been given a chance and hasn’t looked back.

Ridder is 82-of-125 passing for 1,062 yards, 10 touchdowns and two interceptions. He has 315 yards rushing on 68 rushes and four touchdowns. His numbers are pretty nice considering he didn’t let it fly much the first two games.
