Two plays on the same drive give Patriots life:
The Chiefs were up 21-17 and on 2nd and 7 Chris Jones was called for a bogus roughing the passer penalty that gave the Patriots a few 15 yards and then later on in the drive on 3rd and 8 Tom Brady found Chris Hogan for an 11 yard completion that clearly hit the ground, but was called a completion even after review. So, the Patriots get the first down and eventually get a score to take 24-21 lead.
Just a gruesome roughing the passer play by Chris Jones. Can’t believe he did this to Tom Brady. Should’ve been a 30 yard penalty instead of 15 pic.twitter.com/0FLNbb7mfS

Was this a catch or not?
Either way, fantastic effort from Chris Hogan.pic.twitter.com/7Tz4SL4mq1

The Chiefs scored again to take the lead, but shot themselves in the foot with a huge off sides penalty by Dee Ford when Brady was intercepted by Charvarius Ward and then Brady led them to six.
I just don’t understand how Dee Ford managed to line up that far offsides. Like it’s not even close pic.twitter.com/W7arxZ3OYT

Patrick Mahomes led the Chiefs to a game tying field goal and forced overtime, but the game was lost in regulation. Those big missed calls kept the Patriots in the game when the Chiefs had a change to take control. Playing the Patriots and the referees is tough and not switching bunch formation crossing routes didn’t help either.
