The Cincinnati Bearcats went into Kentucky to get a commitment from cornerback/safety Devin Neal, Jr. Neal is a three star per 247Sports out of Lexington, Kentucky. The Frederick Douglass High School star stands 6’0″ and weighs 190 pounds. He had offers from Bowling Green and Eastern Michigan.

Neal could possibly play safety as he has the speed (4.41 40 time) and ball skills to do either. He is the second hard commit of the 2020 class.
