Eliel Nsoseme enters transfer portal, fourth Bearcat to enter this offseason

Center Eliel Nsoseme has entered the transfer portal. Logan Johnson is also in the portal, Nysier Brooks has left for Miami and Rashawn Fredericks has booked it for UAB.

The 6’9″ center battled a hand injury last season, but even before the injury was known for his defensive skill set. In 33 games the sophomore averaged 1.3 points, 3.2 rebounds and .5 blocks on 39.5% from the field.

I honestly can understand why Nsoseme is leaving his skill set on offense doesn’t fit in with John Brannen’s style, with two years left of eligibility it is wise to take a shot with another program.

Overall, the program is receiving more bad news than good at this current time, but on the other side of the coin it gives the program more scholarships to work with. Now they don’t need anymore young men to transfer out. Good luck to Eliel!
