Yesterday all the hype was around the basketball program getting a commitment from 3 star guard Mika Adams-Woods and rightfully so, but Fickell and the gang got a commitment from Fayetteville, NC native Deumbre Ginyard. At 6’3″ and 185 pounds he has a nice frame, shows the ability to high point the ball well.
I spoke with Ginyard shortly after he committed and he stated, “that he felt welcome with opened arms at UC.” That comfort is what got him to come to Cincinnati. Congrats to Deumbre!
