Cincinnati Bearcats redshirt junior safety James Wiggins was named to the Thorpe Award Watch List. The Jim Thorpe Award highlights the best defensive backs in the country. Wiggins had a sensational sophomore season with 54 tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss, four interceptions, five pass break ups, a forced fumble and a touchdown. The safety will be expected to be even better this year.
