Cincinnati Bengals star wide receiver A.J. Green will be out six to eight weeks with torn ligaments in his left ankle. The bad thing is Green will be out, but at least he won’t be out for the season and could be back mid to late September. Tyler Boyd and John Ross will have to pick up the slack until Green returns.
An MRI revealed that Bengals’ WR A.J. Green has torn ligaments in his left ankle that is likely to sideline him six to eight weeks, source tells ESPN. Green is not expected to be ready for the regular-season opener at Seattle.
