Wright, a former Duke commit, also had reported offers from Indiana, Minnesota, Iowa St., Northwestern and others.
Was also a finalist for Ohio Mr. Football.
The Akron, Ohio native decommitted from Duke last month and now is a Bearcat. Ethan Wright attends Manchester High School and is a member of the 2020 class. He is the 17th commit in the 2020 class.

Wright is listed as an Athlete on 247 Sports. He’s 6’1” and weighs 195 pounds. The member of the 2020 class also let it be known he will be enrolling at UC next month.
His senior season he finished with 2,385 rushing yards and 36 rushing touchdowns with an additional 168 yards and a touchdown receiving. He also had 146 total tackles, 3 sacks, 4 interceptions, 1 fumble recovery and two defensive touchdowns on the season as well.
