With all this said what can UC do differently this week? Well that will depend greatly on who is the quarterback, if its Ridder he’s got to be able to push the ball downfield as well as use his legs to make plays, but I would give him a short leash and if he doesn’t have the offense going I’d now be comfortable enough to turn back to Bryant. If it is Bryant from the get go then he just needs to continue to make the smart reads, don’t force the issue and if he can cut the turnovers out while still throwing the ball downfield then UC has a great chance for the upset and a possible Cotton Bowl Berth.
