Shooting Guard – This is another position that becomes really easy to define when you take a look at stats and impact. Since he technically did play one year in this decade I would have Dion Dixon and Jaquon Parker as my honorable mentions. Meaning the top 2 is fairly straight forward, coming in at No. 2 would be Jarron Cumberland who still has time to recover from a slow start this season and approach the 2K point club, although I don’t believe he will reach it now. Leaving sole possession of the shooting guard of the decade to who else, but Sean Kilpatrick. SK and his accolades speak for themselves, only the second member of the 2,000 points club in UC history, 100 career victories and a huge boost to an offense that was pretty deficient his junior and senior seasons. SK is the biggest no brainer on this list and spoiler, he will appear at the bottom in the Top 5 overall players as well.
Nice lists, I’d put Justin Jackson with the power forwards, but I’d roll with Ellis as my center because of defense and at times solid offense..at the point it would be a coin toss with Wright and Caupain
