Cincinnati Bearcats women’s junior forward Ilmar’l Thomas was named American Athletic Conference Player of the Week and College Sports Madness Player of the Week. Thomas averaged 27.0 points and 8.5 rebounds in the Bearcats two games last week.
They are now 13-6 overall and 4-2 in the AAC.
She had a career high 35 points against Houston and is averaging 20.7 points on the season.
