JS: How was your visit to UC?
Joe: My visit to UC went pretty well all around, I had the chance to see the whole campus and that was very exciting to see.
JS: Which coaches have you been in contact with?
Joe: (Defensive line) Coach (Greg) Scruggs really put an impression on me and I plan to be back again in the future.
JS: Do you have a relationship with any of the current players?
Joe: No relationship with current players, but I enjoyed the interaction between the players throughout the hallways of the facilities.
JS: Do you plan on hitting any summer camps? If so, where?
Joe: I do plan on attending a couple camps this summer, but have not finalized my decisions on where yet.
JS: How rewarding is being one of the best defensive lineman in the nation?
Joe: I work hard, I am very thankful to be recognized as one of the best defensive linemen in the nation, but I’m not letting it get to my head and continuing to work hard.
JS: What are your strengths? And what are somethings you want to continue to work on?
Joe: Football-wise everybody is working towards the same goal, I just try my best and will maintain to try myself to be in the front of that race and will continue to outwork as many as I can. One of my strengths would be if you gave me any look on the football field, I know exactly how to react. I will do things that separate me from others every play. Although what I want to be for my team next year is a source of energy that can be spread throughout the entire team.
