NM- What position/positions are you being recruited for?
VF- I am being recruited as an offensive lineman, particularly an interior offensive lineman.
NM- I saw you recently got offered congratulations. Have you been down for a visit yet?
VF- Yes, I was down for a camp in the summer and I went down for a game day visit when they played UConn last season.
NM- Awesome how’d you like the visit? What was something interesting that stood out to you about the program or university?
VF- My visit was great! I really enjoyed my time in Cincinnati. What stood out to me the most was the culture there as a whole. Everyone supported the football team and everyone was excited for the game.
NM- Have you been able to reach out to any other recruits or current players at the university?
VF- I have not been able to speak to any recruits or current players as of right now, but I bet that will change in the near future.
NM- What are you looking to improve on during the off-season to improve your game as a whole?
VF- I’m working on bettering myself in the weight room, my lateral quickness and most importantly my footwork.
NM- How would you describe your game as a player?
VF- I would describe myself as one of the more mobile offensive lineman out there. I can cover space quickly, get to the second level, and even make blocks on cornerbacks. My footwork, mobility, and versatility is what I believe sets me apart from other offensive lineman.
NM- Awesome what coaches have you been in contact with at UC?
VF- I have been talking to coach (Brian) Mason and coach (Ron) Crook.
NM- What is your off-season plans is there any camps you plan on attending?
VF- Depending on the offers I get I am still deciding which camps I will go to. I want to commit to a school before July.
