When Mike “The Truck” Warren II announced he was forgoing his senior season it was easy to be selfish and be sad about the decision. Who doesn’t want to see Warren II run for the Bearcats? But, when you take a step back this is what’s best for him and the program. The young man has had 610 total touches in his three seasons with the Bearcats, adding another 300 in Clifton wasn’t going to help him in the long run besides claiming a few of the programs records. Warren II signed as an undrafted free agent with the Philadelphia Eagles soon as the NFL Draft ended. I personally think CoVid-19 not allowing the regular draft process hurt his status hindsight 20/20, but “The Truck” will get his chance to roll in Philly. Let’s take a look at the unit that Cincinnati will have in the 2020 season.
