The recruiting at the University of Cincinnati is not stopping with all the Corona buzz happening. The University of Cincinnati coaches went down to the Florida area for recruiting last week (virtually). They offered a very talented outside linebacker, James Weatherspoon from the state. Weatherspoon is a very talented linebacker originally from Orlando, FL. The member of the 2022 class plays football at Jones High School, as he stands 6’1″ and weighs 195 pounds. The sophomore had a very impressive sophomore year and has picked up some great offers from Arizona State, Charlotte, Florida Atlantic, Kentucky, Missouri, UCF and Western Michigan. Weatherspoon would join an elite UC defense, if he committed. UC’s defense is one of the scariest parts of the whole team and has only improved throughout the years! Weatherspoon is a very strong and fast linebacker that can play multiple positions and bring strong versatility onto the field.
TFON was able to sit down with Wetahersppon and ask him some questions about his game and his UC offer!
