It was reported earlier in the day that Director of Men’s Basketball Sports Performance Mike Rehfeldt will be leaving the University of Cincinnati for the University of Connecticut to take the same position. Rehfeldt has been in the fold since 2012, under former head coach Mick Cronin helping establish the “Monster Factory”. He was a key part of the Bearcats development of players and will be missed by the program. It will be up to John Brannen to hire the right replacement for a hidden gem of the program.
