His teammate Desmond Ridder was the AAC Offensive Player of the Week and defensive end Myjai Sanders claimed the AAC Defensive Player of the Week for his performance against Memphis. Sanders had a team high six tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss (also team high) and 1.5 sacks (also team high). He’s been dominate all year, so it is good to see him get some love from the conference.
