Cincinnati Bearcats defensive end Elijah Ponder accepted an invitation to play in the 2021 Hula Bowl. Ponder earned 2nd team All-AAC for his play this season.
Ponder’s stats this season:
19 tackles, 3.0 tackles for loss, one sack, two quarterback hurries and one forced fumble
The senior defensive lineman does a lot of things that don’t show up on the stat sheet, so I’m excited for him to showcase his skills at the Hula Bowl.
