Last week Cincinnati Bearcats offensive coordinator Mike Denbrock interviewed with Vanderbilt for their vacant offensive coordinator position. Fresh off of losing Marcus Freeman to Notre Dame, it looked like they may lose Denbrock to Vandy. Fast forward to today, reports state that he will be back with the Bearcats this season and getting a new contract.
Source: Offensive coordinator Mike Denbrock is staying at #Cincinnati and will receive a new contract with the school. He interviewed for #Vanderbilt's coordinator vacancy last week. Has been OC at Cincinnati since 2017. Good news for a team projected to be very good again.

That is good news for #BearcatNation with all of the talent coming back for the 2021 season, especially quarterback Desmond Ridder. Denbrock has been Cincinnati’s offensive coordinator since 2017.
