Harvey is not currently in the transfer portal, but is not expected to return to Cincinnati in the future.
Harvey is the #Bearcats third opt out this season—fourth if you include Mamoudou Diarra, who later returned. A 4-star, top-50 recruit, Harvey was a late-summer addition to UC’s 2019 class. He averaged 6.4 pts, 1.2 reb, 0.7 ast in 12 games this season.
