Yesterday, the Bearcats volleyball team were hit with the news that two players received all conference honors. Middle blocker Adria Oliver earned her second straight all conference selection. Adria Oliver was selected to the second team All-AAC. Oliver was a big part of the Bearcats success this past season. Adria is a high energy player who brings a lot of energy and compassion every time she steps on the court, as she is someone who can change the game with her high energy and ability to block balls at the net. Through 6 conference matches this season she led the team with 19 blocks (three solo blocks, 16 assisted blocks) where she average .083 blocks per set. Adria Oliver also recorded 59 kills on 121 attempts in 23 sets, in those 23 sets Oliver only recorded 18 errors, averaging 2.57 kills per set with an impressive hitting percentage of .339 in conference play.
