Today the Bearcats got great news as they got a commitment from Emerita Mashaire. Mashaire is a five-foot-eleven guard/forward from Helsinki, Finland. She is coach Michelle Clark-Heard’s second commit in just as many days. Emerita Mashaire averaged 9.4 points , 4.6 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game this past season with the HBA-Marsky Helsinki team in Finland. This is a big get for the Bearcats they are adding some experience to the young core that is already built in place for the Woman’s Basketball program. Coach Clark-Heard has hit the portal and recruits hard this year and is doing a fantastic job at getting people to commit to Cincinnati.

The Bearcats will welcome Emerita Mashaire with open arms as she will be looking to kick off what would be her freshman season this fall although she is 20 years old she will have four years of eligibility for the Bearcats!
