A few days Bearcats junior forward and Cincinnati native Jeremiah Davenport inked a deal with the Job Staffing Center. The Job Staffing Center, was founded in 2007 when they opened their first location in a strip mall here in Ohio. The Job Staffing Center has provided the opportunity for people to get jobs within the warehouse industry whether it’s looking for positions with power equipment, as well as general labor positions and has been a growing industry since they started in 2007. The Job Staffing Center has locations in nine states and as many as 22 locations across the world, including six locations in the tri-state area, with locations in Fairfield, Mason, Sharonville, Covington, Florence, Hebron, as well as the company’s headquarters as well, as they have been in the Cincinnati area since 2017.
Davenport inks his first partnership with something that is in his own backyard, for everyone who knows Davenport, they know he loves this city, a city where he has family ties to forever. Davenport is a 2018 graduate from Moeller High school, where he then attended Hargrave Military Academy for one year before committing to Cincinnati back in 2019. The hometown hero inks his first partnership since the new NIL bill was released announcing that college athletes can benefit off their name, image and likeliness at the beginning of July.
Davenport is coming off a career year for the Bearcats where he saw a tremendous jump from his freshman to sophomore season. Davenport played a huge role for the Bearcats this past season as he started 14/23 games for the Bearcats where he averaged 11.7 points, 5 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 0.8 steals in roughly 28.5 minutes of action for the Bearcats.
