The University of Cincinnati will begin the 2021 Hall of Fame Classic on Monday, Nov. 22 against Illinois at 6:30 p.m. ET on ESPNU from Kansas City’s T-Mobile Center.
The nightcap pits Arkansas and Kansas State. Tuesday’s action features a 7 p.m. consolation game on ESPNews and the championship at 9:30 p.m. on ESPN2 (both ET).
The Bearcats have appeared in nine of the last 10 NCAA Tournaments, while Kansas State has nine appearances since 2008. Illinois and Arkansas were No. 2 and 3 seeds, respectively, in last year’s field and finished in the top-10. The four programs bring three national titles and 21 Final Four appearances to the field. Cincinnati last faced Illinois on Dec. 31, 2004, and it will mark the fifth meeting all-time.
Hall of Fame Classic tickets are on sale for $90 (digitally as well) through the Cincinnati ticket office, and it includes admission to every game. Stay tuned to halloffameweekend.com for additional schedule updates as they become available.

Part of National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame Weekend, the Hall of Fame Classic is one of the top early-season men’s college basketball tournaments in the country. The event was created by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) in 2001 as the Guardians Classic and was later known as the CBE Classic and the CBE Hall of Fame Classic before being rebranded as the Hall of Fame Classic in 2017. The Class of 2021 induction celebration is set for Nov. 21.
