Last night Bearcats junior shooting guard Mika Adams-Woods announced his own line of merchandise via his Instagram ( @_shoey). Adams-Woods announced he was partnering with the clothing brand ISlide and PWRFWD which is a website that has a bunch of merchandise from some of the top athletes in the world. PWRFWD has partnerships with some of the best athletes across the country and includes players like Tacko Fall, Sue Bird, Sony Michell, Rodrigo Blankenship, Quinn Cook, Mo Bamba, Maya Moore, Grant Williams, Enas Kanter, Elena Delle Donne, Duncan Robinson, Darius Slayton, Chad Johnson Jr, Carlik Jones, Brittney Griner, Breanna Stewart, Arike Ogunbowale. Aari McDonald, A’ja Wilson and many more. The Syracuse, New York native is joining an elite group of athletes here with this new partnership as he dropped his own merchandise that includes a T-shirt, hoodie and a pair of slides with his name and the logo he created for his image. Mika Adams-Woods is coming of a big year for the Bearcats where he averaged 8.6 pts per game, 2.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, while shooting 39% from the field. Adams-Woods recorded career highs this past season when he scored 16 points for the Bearcats vs three different opponents, (Memphis (2/28) Tulane (2/26) and Lipscomb (12/ 2)). The junior shooting guard is looking to make a big leap this season under new Coach Wes Miller, and is looking to help lead the Bearcats back an AAC championship and NCAA tournament run.
