Tyler Scott played a huge role in yesterday’s win and just like last week had a big catch to get the UC crowd up on their feet. Scott had four catches for 74 yards and a touchdown and his touchdown grab gave UC a 28-7 lead. UC had lost the ball on a fumble after driving then the defense picked them up and got the ball right back for them. The first play Desmond Ridder hit Scott for a 23 yard score. Scott is going to play a huge role for this team this year and even Jerome Ford said yesterday, “Me and Michael (Young) talked about him and pretty much said we wouldn’t be surprised if he got 1000 yards, so it’s pretty much a told you so moment.”
