JS: How was your visit? Did Nippert Stadium and it’s fans impress?
CC: My visit was good on Saturday. It was nice being on campus before and leading up to the game. The atmosphere was crazy and the fans were locked in.
JS: Which coaches have you been in contact with?
CC: I chat with coach Perry (Eliano, cornerback coach), (Mike) Tressel (defensive coordinator) and (Luke) Fickell (head coach) through text messages on a consistent basis.
JS: Has UC offered?
CC: Cincinnati offered me earlier this year.
JS: How cool is it to be recruited by the No. 3 team in the nation?
CC: It’s cool of them being No. 3 in the country and will be No. 2 next week. UC moving to the Big 12 is big because I want to compete at a Power 5 school.
