Today the Tampa Bay Buccaneers re-signed outside linebacker Elijah Ponder to its practice squad. This is the undrafted rookie’s second stint with the Buccaneers. After a good preseason Ponder got a practice squad look and now with the injury to Shaq Barrett they have brought him back.
