Earlier in the week safety Ja’von Hicks stated he would take return taking advantage of his extra year of eligibility now defensive end Malik Vann will do the same. More huge news for the Bearcats program.
Vann had 33 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks in 13 games this season. He battled an ongoing ankle injury this season, so he didn’t get to make the consistent impact the hometown hero wanted to during the season. He will be the elder statesman on the defensive line and a welcomed sight upon his return.
