This week the Cincinnati Bearcats offered three star safety Robert Billings. The member of the 2023 class is 6-foot-1 and weighs 185 pounds from Alpharetta, Georgia. Per 247 Sports Composite he is 452th nationally and the 32nd safety. He has offers from Georgia, Duke, Kentucky, Oregon, Jackson State, Vanderbilt and more.
