Today the Bearcats landed a commitment from high three star linebacker Rohan Davy. Davy, reigns from the Washington, D.C. area, where he attends St. John’s College High School in Maryland. Davy, a huge part of the Saint John defense is a 5’10”, 190 pound linebacker who plays the sniper position. Davy, a playmaker all across the board on the defensive side of the ball, plays very aggressive, has great instincts on the field and you can see why Luke Fickell and Staff were pushing to land Davy. Co-defensive coordinator and safeties coach Colin Hitschler led the way on the recruiting to land Davy, along with defensive coordinator Mike Tressel.
Davy, now becomes the 6th member of the Bearcats 2023 recruiting class. Davy had reportedly held offers from Pittsburgh, Louisville, Maryland and many more. This is a great pick up for the Bearcats as they look to transition to the Big 12 after the 2022 season.
