ESPN’s Dan Orlovsky talked about quarterback Desmond Ridder on NFL Live. Orlovsky loves Ridder’s pre and post-snap reads, compares him to Alex Smith. Smith had a solid career and was the No. 1 pick in the 2005 draft, so if Ridder can have a Smith type career that would be dope. I personally think Ridder is a better athlete and has a stronger arm than Smith, but their are way worse comparisons that can be made (haha). Smith was always smart with the ball so Ridder should love that part of Orlovsky’s segment.
Orlovsky has been watching a lot of tape the other day he posted a seem throw by Ridder that he loved the read that was made.
