JS: How is the summer circuit going for you?
DP: The summer has been great. I have gotten a lot of exposure and attention this summer from AAU ball, camps and the TABC showcase.
JS: Which coaches have you built a relationship with on the UC staff?
DP: I’ve talked with coach Morgan the most. We’ve spoken a few times.
JS: Do you have any visits set up? If so, with which schools?
DP: Nothing is set up as of now. I plan on making a few trips during the first semester of school.
JS: How would you describe your game?
DP: My game is versatile. Many people over the years have seen me as a scorer and how dominate I can be at that, but playing with Team Trae Young this summer my coaches have done a good job showcasing me at point guard. It is showing people I can be a true big point guard.
JS: Being a member of the 2024 class do you have a time frame on when you want to narrow your choices down?
DP: Right now I’m just enjoying the process, I don’t really want to start breaking down things until after my junior year of high school.
