Garland Benyard, linebacker
Benyard was Big South Conference Defensive Freshman of the Year. A big hitting linebacker and a player who flies all over the field the Bearcats will have to be careful on offense on Saturday. If Benyard gets in the backfield Bryant might have another shaky start to the game.
Je’Cory Burks, defensive back
The Veteran defensive back will be a guy Ben Bryant and company will have to pay attention to. Burks will be guarding the likes of Tyler Scott and Nick Mardner who will be looking to go deep. Burks is a strong defender who deflected two passes and will be a guy to watch for in this contest.
