Coming into today’s game Miami of Ohio had been really tough on the run to begin the year. Today the Bearcats changed that running for 137 yards on the ground. Most of that was thanks to the elite play of Charles Mcclelland who finished the game with 18 carries for 101 yards and a touchdown.
The Bearcats improved their record to 2-1 on the season as they now have back-to-back wins after the heartbreaking loss on the road to Arkansas to begin the season. The Bearcats will be back at Nippert next Saturday when they welcome in the Indiana Hoosiers for a showdown. Kickoff is scheduled for either 3:30 or 4 as it has not been decided yet on the time or TV channel yet.
