The Bearcats defense stepped up to keep the Bearcats in this one with the offense struggling early. Unfortunately, they struggled in the second half, but made some big plays to keep this one as close as it was.

Ivan Pace, Jr., linebacker
Ivan Pace, Jr., continued his great year on Saturday when he led the Bearcats in tackles with 11 in the loss. Pace also had 1.5 tackles for loss and a pass breakup in the loss.
